As we start our 2022 concert seasons it's time to reflect on the past year, its wins and losses
Last Year
We finished last year with a really well received Sing Nowell! concert at Our Lady of Victories in Camberwell - our first live performance under Pandemic conditions.
It was a year in which we also won a section in the Boroondara Eisteddfod with a masked but tuneful brace of songs:
1. Brightly Dawns Our Wedding Day - Sir William Sullivan 2. If Ye Love Me - Thomas Tallis
And we learned to sing together apart using Jamulus - real-time music collaboration without the delays found in Zoom, Teams and other tools... many of us were able to keep rehearsing through the year.
This Year
We are excited to be in our 60th Anniversary Year with Celebrations to follow in our second Concert Season dedicated to David Carolane OAM, our much loved founder, who passed away in February.
